Well my training started on Monday and was going great until today. I scheduled a 3 mile run today but only ended up completing 1.73 miles. I was running around del mar and I jumped over something in the road landing awkwardly on the sidewalk and I felt a sharp pain in my lower back and I crumbled and landed on the sidewalk.
Unable to really move I began to think what on earth did I do to myself? Ha..then the only thing I was thinking now was man I hope someone doesn’t stop to help me, how embarrassing would that be? So the only thing that I could think of doing was to fake stretch to give the illusion that I just decided to lay on the ground and stretch, not that I just ate it and I can’t get up..ha
After about 10 minutes of just laying there I manage to get up and slowly walked my butt back to the office. Tomorrow is my rest day, I hope I heal up nicely I have a busy weekend.
